Blue Rock Montana is a 16 hand blue roan stud out of a Chex bred black mare who is exceptionally gorgeous, well built, cowy, people oriented, respectful and willing, lots of natural ability, and bones to last! He is color tested (EE) roan (he can not produce red foals, just like his sire, Waldos Top Hand). 

 

                                                                                                      

I have an appreciation for good sound athletic horses and what it takes to spend days in and days out gathering cattle, sorting, branding, roping, etc in the steep country, in the heat, etc and the heart those horses have, even if they do not have a show record. I will always use our horses for ranch work and enjoyable trail rides so you know they have a good solid mind to get the job done!

To insure the success of this breeding program,  I consistently maintain individuals from each line with a  high % and high quality to perpetuate the program. Every horse I produce must be exceptional to meet that standard. As a breeder, I believe it is vital to improve what is produced rather than just multiplying them. All of Blue Rock Montana and Waldos Top Hand horses stay broke and are easy to train whenever you need them.
